擺動式液壓缸
擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)液壓(ya)缸是輸(shu)出扭矩(ju)并實現(xian)(xian)往復運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的執行(xing)元件,有單(dan)葉(xie)片(pian)、雙葉(xie)片(pian)、螺旋(xuan)擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等幾種(zhong)形式(shi)。葉(xie)片(pian)式(shi)式(shi):定(ding)子塊固定(ding)在(zai)缸體上,而(er)葉(xie)片(pian)和(he)轉(zhuan)子連接在(zai)一(yi)起。根據進油方向(xiang),葉(xie)片(pian)將帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)子作(zuo)往復擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺旋(xuan)擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)又(you)分單(dan)螺旋(xuan)擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)雙螺旋(xuan)兩種(zhong),現(xian)(xian)在(zai)雙螺旋(xuan)比較常用,靠兩個螺旋(xuan)副降(jiang)液壓(ya)缸內活塞的直線運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)變為直線運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與自轉(zhuan)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的復he運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從而(er)實現(xian)(xian)擺動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。
(1)液壓缸內部(bu)泄(xie)漏。液壓缸內部(bu)泄(xie)漏包括液壓缸體密(mi)(mi)封(feng)、活(huo)(huo)塞桿與密(mi)(mi)封(feng)蓋密(mi)(mi)封(feng)及(ji)活(huo)(huo)塞密(mi)(mi)封(feng)均(jun)磨(mo)損過量等引起(qi)的(de)泄(xie)漏。
活塞桿與密封(feng)蓋(gai)密封(feng)泄漏的(de)原因是,密封(feng)件折皺、擠壓、撕裂、磨損、老(lao)化(hua)、變(bian)質(zhi)、變(bian)形等,此時應更換新(xin)的(de)密封(feng)件。
活塞密(mi)封過量磨損的主要原因是速度控制閥調節不(bu)當(dang),造(zao)成過高(gao)的背壓以及密(mi)封件安裝不(bu)當(dang)或液(ye)壓油(you)污染。
